Programmer Analyst - Lead

Qualcomm India Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated Programmer Analyst - Senior to join the Identity and Access Management Team. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing production, development, and test systems in a 24x7 mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate should have around 7 to 9 years of hands-on technical experience with Groovy/Grails, Java with Spring Framework, Angular/ReactJS, K8S, Micro Services, Agile methodologies, Jenkins, and MySQL. Additionally, experience with building integrations and developing tools for the Identity & Access management domain is a must. Minimum Qualifications include 4+ years of work experience in programming, scripting, and/or automation with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of work experience without a Bachelor's degree. You should also have at least 2 years of experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB and MySQL. Mandatory industry experience of 5 to 7 years is required in Java8/Spring development, familiarity with test-driven development, writing Unit tests, data object models, ORM persistence layers, SQL databases, and Webservices like SOAP and REST. The ideal candidate must have experience in technologies like Angular JS/Node JS/React, be a good team player with strong analytical and communication skills, willing to work in a DevOps and Agile model, possess strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and have exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous development tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Drekar, etc. You should be willing to work in an Agile environment sprint-based model, proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex user requests and issues, partner with project managers/business analysts to support and adapt to new business objectives, and develop solutions for Identity provisioning, lifecycle, and governance using IAM technologies. Demonstrating knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and dependent services, having implementation and development experience on Saviynt, providing afterhours/weekend on-call support as part of a scheduled rotation, and having exposure to Groovy or python programming are additional requirements for this role. Exposure to using monitoring and analytics tools like Datadog & Splunk/Splunk queries will also be part of the job responsibilities.
