Job Description

Roles & responsibilities:

Assist in client onboarding by setting up partner accounts, configuring platforms, and joining onboarding/handover calls to address campaign requirements.
Execute and manage programmatic campaigns (e.g., DV360), ensuring proper setup, optimization, and alignment with client KPIs and performance goals.
Stay updated on programmatic trends and platform capabilities, while regularly auditing and troubleshooting campaigns for efficient delivery.
Collaborate with analytics teams to prepare detailed performance reports and use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations.
Partner with account management, creative, and tech teams, and act as a liaison between offshore teams and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Take ownership of assigned tasks within the RACI framework, ensuring accountability, while engaging in continuous learning to grow into senior roles.

Qualification:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with over 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in programmatic media buying.
Skilled in working with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and other platforms, with strong analytical expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
Possess excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
