Job Description

: Asst Manager/ Manager (Program Management)

Exp: 5+ Years

Manesar (Gurgaon)

Exposure to Agile (Scrum) methodology
SDLC understanding
Embedded product experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferably - exposure to tools like Ganterr, Microsoft Project
Basic understanding of Embedded Hardware, SW
Team handling and Project management experience
Customer Communication, Scope, Schedule and Cost Management
Hands on tool experience with JIRA, GitLab, MS Project, etc
Develop and track project plans together with engineering leads
Own project execution metrics. Define priorities. Manage risks and mitigation plans
Manage stakeholders: timely, objective communication and reporting
End-to-end program management responsibility from requirements to schedule and budget, with a strong focus on customer deliverables
Lead multi-site, multi-discipline project teams to successful program completion
Exposure to Agile (Scrum) methodology
Organize and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product development targets are met, on schedule and within resource constraints
