Program Manager Vocational Education and Training (VET)
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: A Bachelor s degree in any professional discipline
- Desirable: A Master s degree in business administration
Experience: 6 8 years of relevant experience in business consulting, pre-sales, or project management, preferably in the Vocational Education and Training (VET), education, or professional training sector
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong business proposal writing skills
- Excellent business presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Excel
- Project conceptualization, development, administration, and management
- Key account management and client relationship handling
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Program Manager, Vocational Education and Training will be based in Pune and the responsibilities will include:
- Proposal Development: Conceptualize and draft high-quality business proposals, presentations, and budgets for Vocational Education & Training (VET) services, targeting German and Indian companies as well as Government stakeholders.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct data-driven research and analysis of global VET initiatives, programs, and models. Identify and document best practices to inform and strengthen IGCC s offerings.
- Key Account Management: Manage relationships with existing VET clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and exploring opportunities for value addition and growth.
- Program Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts for the development of training curricula and the organization of capacity-building programs.
- Training Delivery & QA: Oversee the end-to-end execution of training programs, including delivery, monitoring, examination, documentation, and quality assurance.
