About the Role
We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. You’ll work at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Tech—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact programs from ideation to delivery, aligned with business goals.
• Break down complex problems into structured, actionable plans.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional project planning and execution with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Analytics and BI teams to drive data-backed decisions.
• Identify and implement business improvement opportunities with leadership.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and drive course corrections.
• Define scalable processes and create playbooks for repeatable success.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate from a Tier 1 college (IITs, IIMs, NITs, ISB, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Planning, Business Ops, or Demand Planning.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of demand planning’s impact on growth and customer experience.
• Structured thinker with a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools and operational planning.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
