Program Manager - Operations

**Job Description:** As a leading product-based company in the cybersecurity domain, Securin is dedicated to helping hundreds of customers worldwide gain resilience against emerging threats. Our products, powered by accurate vulnerability intelligence, human expertise, and automation, enable enterprises to make crucial security decisions to manage their expanding attack surfaces. **Responsibilities:** - Managing the Security services and process from definition to implementation and post-production support with exposure into Cybersecurity (Optional). - Guiding teams through project planning, budgeting, identifying outcomes, handling scrum ceremonies, facilitating story mapping events, project estimations, understanding dependencies, and conducting quarterly release planning. - Working closely with teams to ensure the project is progressing to plan and delivering on their commitments. - Helping teams identify, document, review, and manage risks and dependencies. - Identifying, documenting, and driving the removal of impediments to team productivity through collaboration with engineering, product leadership, and other impacted teams. - Facilitating recurring and ad-hoc project meetings that effectively manage and drive projects to success. - Ensuring that project reporting to both executives and the project teams is well organized, timely, and accurate. **Requirements:** - 8+ years of experience in Agile Project/Program Management/Scrum in successful delivery of SaaS products and Services (Must be recent). - Exposure to cybersecurity and Development Background is an added advantage. - Able to manage timelines, identify dependencies, and deliver regular progress reports. - Assessing problems/risks and developing mitigation plans to avoid impact on the program. - Effective in solving complex problems and working with cross-functional teams. - Ability to document key processes and procedures, strong communication skills, drive change management, and provide regular leadership updates on the program status. - Demonstrating the ability to drive and prioritize multiple tracks in a program. - Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and experience in managing cybersecurity programs is a plus.
