Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager located in Assam, India. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various programs and initiatives within the TBI Center. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing program strategies, managing resources and budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring program goals are met. The Program Manager will also be responsible for mentoring participants, evaluating program effectiveness, and reporting on program progress.

Qualifications

• Strong program management and project planning skills
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide participants
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proficiency in English and local languages
