Program Manager- CSR

As a CSR Program Manager, you will be joining a purpose-driven team focused on driving meaningful change through strategic social impact initiatives. You will lead end-to-end project management, from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and community upliftment. It will be your responsibility to develop budgets, monitor spend, and ensure responsible allocation of CSR funds in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement strategic CSR programs aligned with core values and long-term social impact goals. - Lead end-to-end project management to ensure measurable outcomes and community upliftment. - Develop budgets, monitor spend, and ensure responsible allocation of CSR funds. - Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven insights and execute improvements for maximum impact. - Maintain accurate MIS records and ensure audit readiness, transparency, and governance. - Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic partnerships at national and global levels. - Represent the organization at industry events, CSR forums, and thought leadership platforms. - Collaborate with the internal communications team to share mission and impact stories with stakeholders and the public. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social impact roles. - Masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field. - Skills in project management, budgeting, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. - Passion for driving systemic change and empowering underserved communities.
