Program Executive

As an on-ground project coordinator, your role involves executing project activities according to the project plan, ensuring smooth implementation of training programs, surveys, stakeholder meetings, and related tasks. Your key responsibilities will be: - Conducting awareness campaigns and training sessions on waste management practices for local communities and stakeholders - Facilitating collaboration among stakeholders like local governing bodies, NGOs, and community leaders - Performing ground surveys and assessments to collect baseline and impact data - Developing monitoring and reporting formats for field activities in consultation with the Manager, and maintaining accurate daily records - Generating monthly reports for evaluation purposes - Establishing and nurturing relationships with relevant stakeholders, including municipal authorities, waste collectors, and community groups - Organizing and leading meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives The qualifications required for this role are: - Preferred Bachelor's degree - Willingness to travel 75% of the time is desirable Please note that this is a full-time contractual/temporary/freelance position with a 12-month contract duration.
