A. Connect & Evaluate startups
B. Connect to incubation partners, create relationships
C. Create scope of engagement with startups
D. Create program management process to engage leadership in startups
E. Knowledge of NDA, MoU, Partnership, Share transfer, RnR is required
F. Identifying senior leadership from industry
Experience of working with startups and ecosystems for startup IDEA evaluation, incubations, mentorship, funding, go to market propositions is a must.
