Educational Qualifications

• Ph.D. in the relevant subject

  (mandatory for most universities and senior roles).
• Postgraduate degree with

Experience

• Assistant Professor:

  2–5 years of academic experience.

• Associate Professor:

  5–10 years of experience with research publications.

• Professor / HOD:

  10–20+ years with a strong track record of teaching, publications, and leadership.

5. Salary & Benefits

• Assistant Professors:

  ₹8 LPA – ₹15 LPA

• Associate Professors:
