Production Support (Power Platform)

As an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and highly scalable servers, you will play a crucial role in production management. Your responsibilities will include incident and problem management, capacity management, monitoring, event management, change management, and maintaining plant hygiene. - Troubleshoot issues across the entire technology stack, including hardware, software, applications, and network. - Participate in on-call rotation and periodic maintenance calls with specialists from different time zones. - Proactively identify and address system reliability risks. - Collaborate closely with development teams to design, build, and maintain systems focusing on reliability, stability, and resiliency. - Identify and drive opportunities to enhance automation for platforms, deploying, managing, and providing visibility to services. - Represent the RPE organization in design reviews and operations readiness exercises for new and existing products/services. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in enterprise tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and Apica. - Experience in UNIX/Linux support and cloud-based services. - Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Github, or similar configuration/release management tools. - Automation experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, Perl, or Ruby (proficiency in at least one required). - Understanding of modern software and systems architecture, including load balancing, databases, queuing, caching, distributed systems failure modes, microservices, and cloud technologies. - Knowledge of Azure networks, ServiceBus, Azure Virtual Machines, and AzureSQL will be advantageous.,
