We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in our cleanroom partition factory. The role involves managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality standards, supervising shop floor teams, and optimizing productivity to meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in production management, and knowledge of cleanroom partitions or modular construction systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities in the factory.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and machines efficiently.
• Train and guide production staff for safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in modular construction, partitions, or cleanroom-related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Hands-on experience with factory operations, machinery, and materials handling.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
