Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets in quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Allocate manpower and ensure efficient utilization of machines and resources.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, and manufacturing standards.
  • Conduct in-process checks and coordinate with QA/QC teams for product quality.
  • Maintain production records, batch sheets, and shift reports accurately.
  • Prepare, update, and manage audit-related documentation (deviations, CAPA, compliance checklists).
  • Support internal, external, and customer audits by providing required records.
  • Train and guide operators on processes, safety, and documentation practices.
  • Monitor raw material availability, usage, and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and report incidents/near misses.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams for smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure smooth execution of orders.
