Role & responsibilities

1. Ensuring the availability of input materials mentioned in a process order
2. Adhering to SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) 3. Ensure proper documentation 4. Timely completion of process order. 5. Ensuring timely dispatch of products 6. Minimize the solvent loss and maximize the yield 7. Ensuring the optimum availability of solvent for achieving yield and throughput 8. Identifying the bottleneck & discuss it with the superiors 9. Monitoring all critical process parameters 10. Optimizing cost of production- consumables, steam, electricity, water 11. Minimizing downtime 12. Timely production completion reports 13. Ensure safety in operation. 14. Verification of physical stock and that of system stock 15. Supporting/Training the operators and new joiners 16. Updating of consumable usage and stock 17. Housekeeping-Maintaining equipments and plant conditions 18..Ensure 5S Implementation in plant area 19.Investigate, provide and implement corrective measures for near misses and all safety incidents. 20. Adherence to training schedule
