Production & Assembly Representative

Role Overview: When you're producing state-of-the-art technology configured to customer specifications, attention to detail is key. Our Production and Assembly team delivers by recognizing, identifying, loading, and installing all parts according to the customers" specifications and requirements. The team performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations and is responsible for ensuring quality throughout the assembly, kitting, and boxing process. Key Responsibilities: - Receive the materials in the supermarket system and kit the required parts ready for production - Feed the defined materials to the line without stoppage - Test the PC with interactive test and monitoring - Be responsible for Packing and stacking in FGA - Ensure compliance with LEAN and ISO standards Qualification Required: - Ability to quickly learn PC product assembly skills with the best quality - Quick learning and building of new products as and when they are launched - Electronics and basic computer hardware skills will be an added advantage - Willingness to work in rotational shifts - Creative thinking to develop more kaizens in their work areas Additional Company Details: Dell Technologies believes in the power of each team member to make an impact.
