Job Description

we are looking for candidate who can work in Night Shift

Production Support Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of critical production systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain production systems using tools such as
ITRS Geneos
and other enterprise monitoring solutions
Perform daily system health checks, identify issues, and drive quick resolutions to minimize downtime
Manage and automate batch processes using
Autosys
Perform root cause analysis, incident tracking, and resolution in alignment with
ITIL
processes
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and continuous service improvements
Create and maintain scripts in
Unix
and queries in
SQL
to support operational tasks and troubleshooting

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
Unix/Linux
,
SQL
, and
Autosys
Expertise in
Monitoring Tools
such as
ITRS Geneos
Good understanding of
ITIL processes
for incident, problem, and change management
Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
