Job Description

Overview

Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

Own design problems end-to-end from concept through implementation.
Create
wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
to solve complex UX challenges.
Build and maintain
scalable design systems
for consistent, high-quality experiences.
Partner with the Product team to craft systematic solutions
that connect the dots between user needs, data, business goals, and business strategy.
Partner with Engineers to build impactful products
and features within the constraints of our technology and timeline
Conduct and incorporate
user feedback and usability insights
into the design process.
Present design work across different levels of fidelity and incorporate team feedback.
Measure and iterate on designs based on
qualitative and quantitative data
.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years
of product design experience (web & mobile).
Degree in
Computer Science, HCI, Graphic Design or related field
.
Strong portfolio demonstrating solid
UI and UX skills
.
Proficiency in Figma
for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
.
Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
B2B SaaS
products.
Exposure to
UX research
methods and usability testing.
Good understanding of
HTML, CSS
.
Familiarity with
designing for Angular / React
Frameworks.
