Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understanding the expEDIum suite of products/features in depth.
Planning, organizing, authoring, editing, and releasing a variety of technical documents.
Creating, updating and maintaining online help documentation.
Maintain documentation for previous product versions/revisions to technical literature.
Write release notes and support documentation, when required.
Contributing to strategic initiatives around content restructuring, new tool selection, and internal process improvements.
Any other relevant tasks

Preferred candidate profile

A Bachelors degree with Journalism, English, Communication, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of Experience.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Expertise in using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point and documentation tools.
Any Certification on technical documentation is a bonus.
