Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Paramyter Tech, a registered Salesforce partner and ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 certified company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing product development and customer support. Your responsibilities will include managing the product vision, coordinating between teams, and contributing to the growth of Hygro as a high-revenue product. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the product vision and ensure successful execution. - Collaborate with co-founders to align on the roadmap and long-term strategy. - Guide the support team to enhance customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the Scrum Master and developers to translate the product vision into reality. - Identify customer pain points and offer strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams. - Drive initiatives to establish Hygro as a high-revenue product. Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. - Thorough understanding of customer support and product lifecycle.
