Job Description

Merchant Platform

Key Responsibilities:

Benchmark industry peers to identify and adopt new products and functionalities.
Design seamless user journeys to enhance merchant adoption of platform services.
Act as the central coordinator with Zonal SPOCs to track and resolve platform issues.
Lead fortnightly review calls with zonal teams and maintain an updated issue-resolution tracker.
Manage UATs for new functionalities in collaboration with Zonal SPOCs.
Monitor performance of existing platform functionalities and suggest improvements.
Partner with L1 & L2 teams to ensure closure of recurring issues.
Ensure timely resolution of Risk, Compliance, and Audit-related queries.

Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Prior experience in product operations, platform management, or fintech preferred.
