Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for medical products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with U.S. market expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Product Lifecycle Management**: - Managing product setup, updates, and phase-outs for smooth operations. - Ensuring accuracy of product data across systems and platforms. - **Reporting & Analytics**: - Generating, maintaining, and analyzing reports on product performance, pricing, sales trends, and competitive benchmarks. - Providing insights and recommendations to U.S. leadership for informed business decisions. - Building dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product KPIs. - **Pricing & Market Analysis**: - Conducting competitive and market analysis, especially in the ophthalmology sector. - Supporting the development of pricing strategies aligned with U.S. market needs. - **Product Information & Digital Asset Management**: - Maintaining product information and ensuring accuracy across platforms. - Coordinating with stakeholders to provide high-quality digital assets. - **Web & Digital Presence**: - Managing product listings on websites and digital catalogs for a strong user experience. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training Support**: - Collaborating with marketing, operations, sales, and customer service teams in India and the U.S. - Supporting the creation of product training materials to enhance knowledge of ophthalmology products. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology. - Strong experience in product reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring. - Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in managing ophthalmology or medical products. - Exposure to B2B product catalogs, eCommerce platforms, or healthcare product portfolios. - Familiarity with U.S. healthcare business practices.,
