What does this role hold for you…??
Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Develop crisp PRDs, user stories, and product specifications to guide technology and design teams.
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to assess positioning and opportunities.
Drive search and discovery enhancements including suggestions, ranking, and personalization algorithms.
Leverage data analysis to derive insights that shape product strategies, influence feature prioritization, and measure impact.
Deeply understand the consumer journey and design retention strategies by leveraging multiple communication channels (email, push, in-app, social, etc.) to drive engagement.
Be savvy in analyzing and inferring channel performance, building data capabilities to seamlessly run, measure, and optimize campaigns.
Create and execute product initiatives for conversion optimization, engagement, and retention through data-backed experimentation.
Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Amplitude, etc.) to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, ensuring learnings are continuously applied.
Stay updated on and leverage emerging AI tools for user research, problem solving, prototyping, and creating smarter product experiences.
Drive cross-functional alignment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Apply if you have…
Experience: 2–5 years in Product Management, Analytics, or Technology roles.
Strong analytical mindset; hands-on with analytics tools (GA, Adobe, Clevertap, Amplitude, or similar); ability to extract insights and support retention initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in improving search relevance, personalization, and analytics-driven product iteration.
Proven ability to translate data into strategy, identify growth opportunities, and measure ROI.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills to break down complex challenges.
Curiosity and adaptability in leveraging AI-driven tools for faster research, efficient workflows, and innovative product solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence across teams.
A track record of data-driven decision-making and running high-impact product experiments.
