Description
We are looking for a data-driven and passionate Product Manager (Data & Analytics) with extensive experience in developing strategic IT roadmaps and tactical initiatives aligned with global strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in ERP implementations, manufacturing operations support, and managing complex projects across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong background in digital transformation, technology management, project scoping, risk management, and enhancing enterprise system performance. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of data projects, aligning them with business objectives, and coordinating across teams for timely execution. You will define project goals and deliverables, develop a deep understanding of data needs for the fueling industry and internal manufacturing operations, and translate those needs into clear user stories. Additionally, you will work on writing, prioritizing, and supporting stories for a global data engineering and BI team, following agile product management principles. As a Product Manager, you will recommend improvements to strategy, processes, plans, and future opportunities, always focusing on continuous improvement. You will assist in organizing and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning within the SAFe Agile framework, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in new product and feature design. You will also serve as an internal subject matter expert on relevant data and analytics product and system integrations, managing stakeholders across different time zones and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics and agile product management on a data platform, as well as expertise in a data-focused role in the manufacturing field. You should have strong project management experience, familiarity with JIRA, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You should be capable of collaborating and communicating cross-functionally within the organization, adopting new technologies and tools quickly, and resolving complex challenges. Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to understand technical concepts and product operations are essential qualities for this role. A Bachelor's degree in production engineering or information technology is preferred for this position.
