Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  Lead and manage a team of developers

  , providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for defining technical roadmaps and delegating tasks to ensure project goals are met.

• Full-Stack Technical Leadership:

  Lead the design and implementation of both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) applications.

• Code Quality & Standards:

  Write well-designed, testable, and maintainable code for both the user interface and the backend services. Conduct independent code reviews and apply appropriate

  Design Patterns

  to ensure quality and compliance.

• Software Development Lifecycle:

  Take ownership of the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance, across the complete stack.

• DevOps & Deployment:

  Drive modern DevOps practices. This includes designing and managing

  CI/CD pipelines

  , and ensuring applications are efficiently deployed and orchestrated using

  Kubernetes

  and other cloud-native technologies.

• Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

  Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will work as an individual contributor and team leader to address technical challenges and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  6-8 years

  of proven experience in software development, with a minimum of

  2 years in a leadership or senior role

  .

• Hands-on Skills (Must-Have):

• Front-End:

  Strong proficiency in

  Angular (2+), HTML5, and CSS3

  .

• Back-End:

  Expertise in

  J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot

  frameworks.

• Microservices:

  Proven experience in designing and building scalable

  Microservices

  architectures and

  RESTful web services

  .

• Core Java:

  In-depth knowledge of

  Multithreading

  and the

  Collections

  framework.

• DevOps & Cloud:

  Hands-on experience with cloud deployment and

  CI/CD pipelines

  on platforms like

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .

• Containerization:

  Expertise in container orchestration using

  Kubernetes

  .

• Distinct Advantage (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of both

  NoSQL and SQL databases

  .
• Any professional certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, AWS Solutions Architect).
