Product Data Analyst

Responsive is currently looking for a motivated Product Data Analyst to play a crucial role in driving data-informed decisions by analyzing product data and offering valuable insights. In this position, you will collaborate with different teams to ensure accurate data extraction, develop impactful reports and dashboards, and transform complex data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring data quality, presenting findings to stakeholders, and supporting effective product development and business strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines utilizing Python to extract, transform, and load data from MongoDB into PostgreSQL. - Analyze product data from various sources to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations. - Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau or other BI tools to visualize data trends, KPIs, and metrics. - Implement data quality checks and validation processes to uphold data integrity and accuracy throughout the ETL process. - Collaborate with product and analytics teams to understand data requirements and ensure precise data extraction. - Blend data from multiple sources or establish relationships between datasets to offer a holistic view of business needs. - Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aiding in their comprehension of key trends and insights. - Document data architecture, ETL processes, and analytical findings for internal reference and compliance. - Keep abreast of industry best practices in data engineering, data analysis, and data governance to strengthen the organization's data strategy. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: - 2 to 6 years of direct experience in product data analysis or a related field. - Preferably experienced with SQL database and Python scripting. - NoSQL experience is considered an advantage. Knowledge, Ability & Skills: - Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and interpret data using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Python Scripting. - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. - Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Familiarity with product management concepts and Agile methodology is a plus.,
