What would you do?
- Exhibit a proactive approach to task ownership and client service orientation.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and maintain accurate contract records.
- Act as a liaison between business units to resolve operational and contract-related queries.
- Support contract uploads, metadata entry, and maintenance of contract repository hygiene.
- Track and manage contract milestones, deliverables, amendments, renewals, and expirations.
- Work with Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Ariba, Icertis, or SAP.
- Prepare and review initial document drafts using standard templates, focusing on low-complexity contracts.
- Review commercial and operational contracts across business units and extract key clause details.
- Apply knowledge of contract review, redlining, and core legal clauses such as indemnities, limitation of liability, IPRs, and confidentiality.
- Facilitate contract negotiations by reviewing supplier redlines and ensuring inclusion of required terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, sourcing, and category management teams to ensure smooth contract lifecycle operations.
- Align with information security and data protection teams to address supplier risk and incorporate client protection standards.
- Ensure documentation complies with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage the processes whereby performance of client work is coordinated with the contract rights and obligations of the parties to ensure contract compliance (or that the contract is modified as appropriate). What are we looking for?
- Paralegal certificate or law degree preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and support the team on need basis
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
