**Job Description:** You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a cost-effective and efficient Procurement Operations Purchase Order management within the Strategic Procurement Unit of Yes Bank. Your role will involve optimizing procurement operations activities from Requisition to Purchase Order issuance and lifecycle, supporting the vertical head of procurement operations, and leading efforts to enable business units and functional partners to maximize value from suppliers to meet their business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and drive Procurement Operations Order management. - Ensure robust workflows are developed and implemented for high service levels and support. - Develop benchmarks and scorecards for continuous improvement. - Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure support, implementation, and compliance of group procurement PR/PO stream framework. - Develop terms and conditions for purchase orders for various categories in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Map items and buying categories of Yes Bank requirements with various buying channels like catalog, requisition, rate contract, etc. - Take full accountability for all Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process activities. - Maintain effective relationships with critical vendors and Internal business units to ensure YB is seen as a customer of choice. - Collaborate with upstream and downstream process owners for effective order management. - Implement various buying channels based on mapping for user experience enhancement. - Foster effective relationships and engagement with internal stakeholders, business units, and requisitioners. - Ensure effective management of suppliers through periodic vendor performance evaluation. - Provide periodic reporting on activities. - Drive continual improvement in performance and efficiency. **Qualification Required:** - Commerce or Science Graduate with Management PG qualifications (preferred). - Procurement specific certifications would be advantageous. - Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. *Note: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the Job Description.*,
