Procurement Executive

You will be joining a fast-growing astrology brand that specializes in offering a diverse range of spiritual products such as crystals, pooja items, gemstones, and wellness essentials. As a Procurement Executive, your primary role will be to assist the company in sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding reliable suppliers for astrology, pooja, and spiritual products. It will be crucial for you to conduct thorough research to remain updated on new and trending astrology products, crystals, gemstones, and spiritual accessories. Managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment will also be part of your duties. Ensuring that all procured products meet the company's quality standards and authenticity requirements will be essential. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases. Collaboration with inventory, sales, and operations teams for effective stock planning and timely replenishment will be necessary for the smooth functioning of operations. Keeping an eye on market trends to identify unique and in-demand products will be a key aspect of your role.
