Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver process training programs for insurance agents to improve their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations to support the learning objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of the training content.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in process training or a related field (insurance industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil language (written & spoken) is required.
