Job Description

As a Support Engineer at InfoPark, Cochin, you will play a crucial role in leveraging AI technology to enhance customer support operations in the homeowners insurance domain. Your responsibilities will involve AI model training, workflow automation, performance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration, training and enablement, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities: - AI Model Training & Data Curation: Prepare, label, and validate underwriting and claims support data for training AI models. - Support Workflow Automation: Collaborate with AI engineers to automate routine tasks such as document verification, claims intake, and chat-based interactions. - Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Evaluate AI performance, identify gaps, and provide feedback for model enhancement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between AI development and customer support teams to ensure operational needs are met. - Training & Enablement: Onboard support staff on AI tools and gather feedback for tool improvement. - System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system reliability, escalate technical issues, and support AI tool stability. - Documentation & Standards: Maintain internal documentation for data labeling standards and tool usage protocols. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years in technical support, customer support, or insurance operations. - Familiarity with insurance workflows, especially in policy servicing and claims handling. - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, or Salesforce. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in labeling or training datasets for AI/chatbot models. - Exposure to tools like chatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc. - Knowledge of data privacy practices and compliance standards in the insurance sector. - Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for data handling.
