Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Process Expert Purchase to Pay (P2P) to oversee and optimize end-to-end P2P operations. The role involves managing purchase requisitions, vendor management, invoice processing, payments, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of procurement, accounts payable, and ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end Purchase to Pay cycle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, and vendor payments.Ensure timely and accurate invoice verification, matching, and posting in ERP systems.Handle vendor onboarding, queries, and reconciliation of vendor statements.Monitor open purchase orders, pending invoices, and follow up with internal stakeholders/vendors.Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements.Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to P2P.Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business teams to resolve discrepancies.Provide training and guidance to junior team members in P2P processes.Generate periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
