Job Title: Process Executive
Educational Qualification:
· Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical Operations.
· Proficient in MS Excel.
· Good knowledge of software applications for data management and client operations.
· Basic computer/system knowledge.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Client handling and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Collect and manage client data accurately.
· Upload files and maintain records in the designated software system.
· Provide software support for internal teams and clients as required.
· Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to pharmaceutical processes.
· Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
· Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth workflow.
· Assist management in process improvement and software-related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
