Process Coordinator

As a Process Coordinator at Reinvent Digital, your primary responsibility will be to manage document organization and process coordination effectively. You will be required to organize, structure, and maintain files and folders on Google Drive, ensuring proper version control, naming conventions, and accessibility permissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for archiving outdated files in compliance with company policies. In terms of process coordination, you will need to develop and maintain process documentation using Google Docs or Sheets. Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using shared spreadsheets or project management tools will also be part of your role. Collaboration between departments to ensure smooth workflow execution will be essential to your success in this position. You will be expected to set up shared drives, manage user access, and sharing settings to facilitate real-time collaboration using Google Workspace tools. Supporting teams by creating templates, forms, and automation for repetitive tasks will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency. Monitoring adherence to process standards, identifying areas for improvement, and conducting periodic audits of digital files and data to ensure accuracy and compliance will fall within your responsibilities. Training team members on best practices for Google Drive usage, file management, and providing technical support related to Google Workspace tools will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should be proficient in Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drive. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are key requirements.
