Job Title: Process Associate – US Shift

Location: Axximum Business Solution, Cantonment, Trichy

Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate tasks, set goals, and track team performance against key metrics.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and client requirements.
• Prepare reports on team performance and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to drive engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

   Preferred 2+ years in a supervisory , preferably in a US shift environment.

• Education:

   Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.

• Willingness to work in night shifts and adapt to time zone differences.
