Process Analyst

You will be performing intermediate level tasks related to the process/business you are aligned with. Your responsibilities will include understanding business fundamentals, maintaining professional relations with internal customers, following standard procedures, resolving invoices and quality control issues, generating reports, and meeting productivity requirements set by managers. Other duties may be assigned as needed by your supervisor/manager. - Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures - Maintain professional and productive relations with internal customers - Follow standard procedures and introduce new procedures into daily routine - Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements - Resolve problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency - Return or resolve quality control issues in problem queues - Generate reports and create MIS if advised - Meet productivity requirements as laid down by the managers - B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree The company offers a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Stock Purchase Plan, Company match on 401K, Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days.
