Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure privileged access across the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in PAM solutions and a strong understanding of information security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea).
Onboard, manage, and monitor privileged accounts and sessions across heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, Cloud, etc.).
Define and enforce policies for privileged access in alignment with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX).
Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise IAM, SIEM, and ticketing systems.
Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and risk assessments of privileged identities and credentials.
Analyze and respond to incidents involving privileged access misuse or potential compromise.
Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure and efficient PAM operations.
Stay current with emerging PAM technologies, threat vectors, and compliance requirements.

CyberArk Defender/Sentry
BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer
Thycotic PAM Certification
CompTIA CySA+, Security+, or equivalent
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or CISM
