Job Description

As a Principal Technical Architect - Client Solution Architect, your role involves providing architectural leadership to stakeholders in the live client market. You will collaborate with various teams to develop quality and cost-effective solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Collaborating with RTP International, RTP Global resources, and frontline Regional teams to develop solutions for single or multiple live clients. - Identifying and addressing complex issues & risks related to technical architecture and designing market-wide and localized client solutions. - Contributing to pre-sales technical discovery and validating business needs for solution design and impact analysis. - Proactively addressing emerging technical concerns and recommending innovations to enhance market-readiness. - Participating in client planning and product prioritization processes. - Assessing customer readiness for product and solutions implementation. - Defining and maintaining client architecture roadmaps aligning with RTP and Mastercard architecture and engineering standards. - Contributing to client technical initiatives, epics, and features in Agile development. - Producing key client documentation and ensuring formal architectural governance. - Providing detailed client solution expertise to internal stakeholders and external customers. - Collaborating with Product Architects to enable client localizations. - Providing leadership and guidance to team members for compliance with architectural designs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Significant experience in a technical role for a commercial software product organization or ISV. - Proven experience in architecture, design, and operational resilience of high-availability systems. - Ability to communicate complex architectural issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong interpersonal skills for facilitation, negotiation, collaboration, and influencing. - Understanding of product development lifecycle and solution trade-offs. - Background in development with understanding of technology stacks like Java, Kafka, REST APIs, Application Servers, Database, and ability to acquire new technology knowledge. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, it is expected that you adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.,
