Principal Technical Account Manager (OCI, ExaCS)

Role Overview: As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), you will be responsible for enabling organizations to leverage their Oracle investments to extend into the cloud with greater value, choice, and confidence. You will deliver enterprise-grade, end-to-end managed cloud services across a broad portfolio of business applications, middleware, database, and hardware technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage service delivery activities for customers Oracle Cloud Infrastructure setup - Represent as a single point of contact between customer & Oracle - Manage the service delivery through a virtual team of resources from multiple XLOBs - Establish priorities & Service growth plans for customers aligned to Oracle's Cloud Strategy Qualifications Required: - Good technical knowledge in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - Knowledge & working experience in ExaCS - Understanding of Technical architecture landscape - Strong customer-facing skills - Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-stress situations - Excellent team player with willingness to learn new technologies - Strong organization skills, detail-oriented & communication skills - University degree, with post-graduate technical or management qualifications or relevant experience - OCI Certified / ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management Additional Details: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions and has partnered with industry leaders in almost every sector.
