Experience: 10 to 25 Years

CTC: 50 to 60 LPA (Flexible for the right candidate)

Department: R&D Technical Textiles Design Lab

Role Summary

Were seeking a visionary Principal Scientist to lead pure research in advanced technical textiles. This role focuses on material innovation, functional design, and scientific breakthroughs that drive next-gen textile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead research in high-performance fibers, smart textiles, composites, and functional fabrics

* Develop and prototype innovative textile materials

* Conduct advanced testing and material characterization

* Publish findings in journals, patents, and technical reports

* Mentor junior researchers and collaborate across R&D, design, and manufacturing

Qualifications

* Ph.D./Master’s in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field

* Proven R&D experience in technical/functional textiles

* Strong expertise in fiber science, coatings, nanomaterials

* Track record of publications, patents, or impactful research
