Principal Quality Engineer

Qualification-

• Lead a team of QA engineers with hands on experience in functional/automation testing
• Design and develop automation frameworks
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for web, backend and API testing
• Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Perform code reviews of test automation scripts
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize test execution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing estimates
• Create and execute manual test cases
• Create and maintain test data
• Design and implement automation scripts for repetitive test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Identify and track bugs using bug tracking tools
• Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams

• 12 to 15 years of strong technofunctional testing experience

• Full understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect Lifecycle
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java, or JavaScript
• Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Test Complete
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI)
• Understanding of testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest)
• Experience with test management tools
• Advanced SQL knowledge (writing complex queries)
• Experience with major database systems (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla)
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
