Principal Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in India, you will be the strategic execution arm for the OCI India Hub Leader, overseeing high-priority initiatives crucial to the success and growth of OCI in India. Your role will involve horizontal leadership, aligning cross-functional teams, adapting to ambiguity, and driving outcomes with autonomy and precision. You will collaborate with global OCI Leadership, cross-functional teams, and India-based groups, leading programs related to organizational design, operations, culture, hiring, facilities, compliance, and governance. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with various stakeholders, managing initiatives, and owning visibility, communication, data, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the development and implementation of initiatives involving departmental or cross-functional teams for OCI India Hub activities. - Plan and direct schedules, monitor budget/spending, organize interdepartmental activities, and ensure project completion within constraints. - Lead, track, and report on multi-quarter initiatives, shape initiatives with leadership, run local executive meetings, drive people and culture programs, and coordinate facilities and real estate alignment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Management, or equivalent. - Certifications in PMP, CSM, or Agile practices preferred. - Master's degree preferred. - Prior experience supporting a regional leader in a cloud/tech organization. - Familiarity with OCI services or comparable cloud platforms. - Experience with talent development or culture-building initiatives. - Hands-on execution of complex programs, exceptional program and stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
