Principal Engineer, Product Development

As a Java Developer with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for hands-on coding in Java (full stack). Your role will involve understanding, identifying, and analyzing requirements, and being able to work as an individual contributor. You will be converting requirements into technical and end-to-end functional specifications, and developing the solutions accordingly. It will be expected of you to acquire knowledge of existing code and refactor it as required. In terms of technical requirements, proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Mybatis, JavaScript/jQuery, jQuery UI, Ajax, HTML/CSS, Oracle, SQL, and Rest API is essential. You should also have knowledge or hands-on experience with at least one JavaScript Framework. A good understanding of current and emerging technologies and trends is important. Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role. Experience with AWS services and in the Retail domain would be advantageous.,
