Principal Engineer

Role Overview: As a highly skilled individual with expertise in Oracle Middleware Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of middleware solutions. Your role will involve architecting and implementing high-availability, scalable solutions that integrate Oracle applications and databases. You will provide consulting and guidance to internal teams and clients, manage end-to-end deployment processes, and maintain technical documentation. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior team members while staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle Middleware. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and administration of middleware solutions, including SOA Suite, OSB, and OCI integrations. - Architect and implement high-availability, scalable solutions integrating Oracle applications and databases using Oracle SOA, OIC, OSB, and other relevant technologies. - Provide consulting and guidance to internal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and Oracle standards. - Manage end-to-end deployment processes for SOA and OSB solutions in OCI, focusing on automation, efficiency, and scalability. - Implement and maintain JNDI connections to various databases, systems, and services across hybrid and cloud environments. - Oversee performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the Middleware stack. - Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver impactful middleware solutions aligned with business needs. - Provide 24x7 on-call support as needed, ensuring quick resolution of production issues with minimal disruption. - Maintain and improve technical documentation to keep it up-to-date and accessible for the team. - Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle Middleware, OCI, and cloud platforms to innovate and optimize solutions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Middleware technologies (SOA, OSB, OIC). - Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and provide on-call support as needed.,
