Principal Engineer, Frontend React

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Nagarro, you will play a crucial role in developing and architecting digital products using React.js and modern frontend frameworks. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, translating business requirements into technical designs, and ensuring the best practices are followed in the development process. Your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and various tools and libraries will contribute to the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Write and review high-quality code for digital products and services - Translate business use cases and technical requirements into elegant technical designs - Identify and evaluate different solutions to meet client requirements - Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation - Review architecture and design aspects such as extensibility, scalability, security, and design patterns - Develop overall solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, including technologies, patterns, and frameworks - Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) to validate design and technology choices - Collaborate with team members to resolve issues raised during code reviews Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - 11+ years of total experience - Strong working experience with React.js and modern frontend frameworks - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, including preprocessors like SASS or LESS - Experience with state management libraries, cloud-based platforms, testing tools, containerization tools, and version control systems - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration - Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines - Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities,
