We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant, ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices, contribute individually to project and solution delivery, drive continuous improvements in our implementation methodology and service offerings, and more. Responsibilities: - Manage ServiceNow instance upgrade and performance/security-related tasks - Develop integration components through REST - Contribute as a key member of the overall implementation project team - Drive continuous improvements in implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or equivalent - Hands-on experience with agile methodologies - Expertise in writing JavaScript code - Exposure to AngularJS/React framework or experience on Service Portal/UI Builder - Familiarity with SOA technologies like REST, SOAP - Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap - Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models is a plus - Experience in coding, object-oriented, and modularized software - Demonstrated success in completing complex projects on time - Ability to quickly learn new technologies - Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions - Ability to influence and consult on key technical decisions during project delivery - Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Proven team player and team builder - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform - CIS - Discovery, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery - CSA, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation, we encourage you to apply for this position.
