Job Description

As a Principal Consultant, QA Engineer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in testing solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Your responsibilities will include validating API interfaces and complex functionalities using automation tools like Selenium with Java, focusing on back-end components. You will also follow Agile methodologies, conduct various types of software testing, and contribute to the BU/Practice by documenting learnings and staying updated on technologies. Responsibilities: - Apply analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to deliver high-quality work. - Validate API interfaces and complex functionalities using automation tools like Selenium with Java. - Follow Agile methodologies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Conduct various types of software testing including smoke tests, system tests, regression tests, and E2E testing. - Contribute to BU/Practice by documenting learnings, engaging in the tech community, staying updated on technologies, and participating in organizational activities. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience in writing clear, concise test plans and cases. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Strong analytical and logical skills, attention to detail, troubleshooting analysis skills. - Experience with terminal and git.
