Job Description

Principal Consultant - Enterprise Collaboration

In this role, you will manage global collaboration services, drive Microsoft 365 adoption, ensure asset compliance, and support operational readiness across workplace technologies and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global operations across collaboration services including devices, messaging, mobility, and unified communications (Teams/Zoom).

  • Coordinate with outsourced service providers to ensure SLA compliance and support complex troubleshooting.

  • Oversee lifecycle management and compliance (patching, encryption, security) of workplace assets.

  • Drive adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).

  • Coordinate onboarding for new services and M&A integrations, ensuring operational readiness.

  • Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams to deploy new tools like Microsoft Copilot and Loop.

  • Support mobile device management and app provisioning using Intune and Mosyle.

  • Track and report service performance metrics, usage analytics, and device compliance.

  • Facilitate change management using Prosci or equivalent methodologies.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain governance and documentation through ITSM frameworks, ServiceNow, and internal wikis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert Technical knowledge Collaboration-OneDrive tools M365 suite, SharePoint, Mobility-Mobile/Tablet and Unified Communications-Teams, Yammer

  • Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, Mosyle)

  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and service governance

  • Ability to coordinate outsourced service delivery

  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Strategic thinking and roadmap execution

  • Customer-centric mindset and service orientation

  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones

  • Experience with mobile device security and compliance

  • Understanding of collaboration metrics and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Viva, Loop, and Copilot for modern workplace enablement

  • Knowledge of Zoom and other UC platforms beyond Teams

  • Familiarity with M&A integration processes and service onboarding

  • Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)

  • Exposure to Prosci or other change management methodologies

  • Understanding of Zero Trust security models and data loss prevention (DLP)

  • Ability to manage global service performance metrics and usage analytics

  • Experience in governance documentation using internal wikis or Confluence

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Awareness of AI-driven productivity tools and digital workplace trends
