Job Description

You will be working as a Principal BI Engineer specializing in Tableau Development. Your primary skills will include Advanced Excel, Advance SQL, SQL, Tableau, and Tableau Prep. Additionally, familiarity with Azure, Power BI, Power BI, QlikView, or any other visualization tool will be beneficial. Your key responsibilities will involve gathering requirements from clients, stakeholders, and onsite leads. You will design solution frameworks, estimate project timelines, and delegate tasks to developers. As the subject matter expert, you will address technical and functional queries from both clients and team members. Collaborating with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Onsite lead, you will manage incident and change request documentation in ADO & ServiceNow. You may also support the development team and engage in CoE activities to enhance RFPs with demonstrable assets such as dashboards and solution frameworks. The required skills for this role include proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with hands-on experience in Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Preferred skills include Qlik, Power BI, and familiarity with Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,
