As an Associate, Data Analyst, you will be tasked with performing pricing of spare parts and driving data analytics for the business. Your responsibilities will include reviewing pricing on a periodic basis, identifying gaps, and making recommendations to enhance pricing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Data extraction, collation, and cleaning in MS Excel/Access - Ensuring the pricing data in ERP is kept up to date by identifying necessary activities and executing them - Handling ad hoc pricing analytics requests - Conducting various statistical and pricing analyses in Excel/Access - Improving process efficiencies through digitization and the implementation of machine learning algorithms - Supporting clients on data systems and analysis - Using statistical tools to sanitize, segment, and normalize historical pricing information and master invoice data sets for better price rate distribution visibility Qualifications we are looking for: Minimum qualifications: - Master's degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or a related analytical discipline - Fresh graduates from reputable institutions or 2 years of relevant work experience in the data analytics domain - Curiosity is a key trait we seek Preferred qualifications: - Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and leverage large data sets for key business decisions - Proficiency in basic statistics - A can-do mindset - Knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI is advantageous If you are passionate about data analytics and pricing strategies, and if you possess the qualifications and skills mentioned above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role of Associate, Data Analyst at Genpact.,
